TILAAMINEN

Ostopaikkana on RIIMINKA tai Aleksiina Design verkkokauppa omissa verkkokaupoissaan ja pääasiassa Riiminka ja Aleksiina Design -merkkiset tuotteet.

Toimitamme tilauksia hyväksytyille asiakkaille ja jälleenmyyjille täällä tehdyn tilauksen mukaisesti. Tilauksen voi tehdä myös puhelimitse tai sähköpostilla.

MAKSAMINEN 

Tuotteen hinnat eivät sisällä 25,5% arvonlisäveroa vaan se lisätään ostolaskuun kassalla, veroerittely on nähtävissä ostoskorissa ja toimitusvahvistuksessa. Toimituskulut lisätään ostosten loppusummaan ja näkyvät ostoskorissa. Tilatut tuotteet voi maksaa kaikilla Paytrailin -kassalla näkyvissä olevilla maksutavoilla tai laskulla (vaattii hyväksynnän laskutusasiakkaaksi).

Maksut Visa, Visa Electron tai MasterCard-korteilla. 

Mikäli haluat maksaa Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard- tai muilla kassalla näkyvillä luottokorteilla, Onemanband OMB toimii ainoastaan tuotteiden ja palveluiden markkinoijana ja lisäksi toimittaa tuotteet ostajalle. Reklamaatioista vastaa Paytrail (Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy). Paytrail toimii Visa, Visa Electron tai MasterCard-korteilla tehtävissä maksuissa tuotteen myyjänä ja kauppa syntyy asiakkaan ja Paytrailin välille. Myyjän vastuulla ovat kaikki kauppaan liittyvät velvoitteet. Paytrail on myös maksun saaja.

Verkkopankit 

Verkkopankkimaksamiseen liittyvän maksu- ja rahoituspalvelun toteuttaa Paytrail (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Paytrail ostaa maksusuorituksen ja tilittää sen kauppiaalle. Käyttäjän kannalta palvelu toimii aivan kuten perinteinen verkkomaksaminenkin.

PayPal Voit maksaa ostoksesi myös käyttämällä PayPal -tiliäsi.

TOIMITUSKULUT 

Toimituskulut näkyvät tilauksen yhteydessä kassalla. Voit valita haluamasi toimitustavan joko lähetyksen tai noudon ja hinta määräytyy sen mukaisesti. 

Toimituskulut määräytyvät valintasi mukaan. Voimassa olevat toimituskulut näkyvät tarkemmin kassalla tilausta tehdessäsi. Suomen ulkopuolelle toimitettaessa asiakas vastaa ja on vastuussa mahdollisista tulli-, vero- ja kaikista muista maahantuontiin liittyvistä maksuista.

Kuljetushinta riippuu paketin painosta ja vaihtelee maittain.

Lähetykset toimitetaan haluamallasi toimitustavalla. Valitse kassalla Posti tai Matkahuolto.

Kun tilauksesi on valmis noudettavaksi, lähetämme siitä sinulle tekstiviestin/sähköpostin.

VIRHEET 

Hyvitämme tai vaihdamme virheelliset tuotteet. Jos lähetys on vahingoittunut kuljetuksen aikana, niin ota yhteys suoraan kuljetusyhtiöön Postiin tai Matkahuoltoon. 

HUOM! Kuvissa tuotteiden värit voivat olla valaistuksesta johtuen hieman erilaiset kuin luonnollisesti.

The purchase location is the RIIMINKA or Aleksiina Design online store, each offering their respective products. We deliver orders to approved customers and resellers according to the order placed here. Orders can also be made by phone or email. The buyer must be an approved customer/company of Onemanband OMB. Product prices do not include 25.5% VAT, which will be added to the purchase invoice at checkout. A breakdown of taxes can be seen in the shopping cart and the order confirmation. Shipping costs will be added to the total and are visible in the cart. Products can be paid using any payment method available at Paytrail's checkout or via invoice (requires approval as an invoicing customer). 

Payments via Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard cards. If you choose to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or other credit cards available at checkout, Onemanband OMB acts only as the marketer of products and services and will deliver the products to the buyer. Complaints should be directed to Paytrail (Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy). Paytrail is the seller for transactions made with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard cards, and the transaction takes place between the customer and Paytrail. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail is also the recipient of the payment.

Payment services related to online banking are provided by Paytrail (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail buys the payment and transfers it to the merchant. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments. 

PayPal: You can also pay using your PayPal account.

Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process. You can choose your preferred delivery method (shipping or pickup), and the price will be calculated accordingly. Shipping costs depend on your selection and will be displayed at checkout when placing the order. For orders outside of Finland, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and all other import-related charges. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and varies by country.

We will refund or exchange defective products. If the shipment is damaged during transport, please contact the shipping company directly (Posti or Matkahuolto). NOTE: Due to lighting, the colors of the products in the images may slightly differ from the actual product.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties and will only be used to manage your customer relationship. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and prices.
